Deep Techno
Where deep house and Detroit meet.
The line between deep house and techno was always drawn by DJs rather than producers. Deep techno is the overlap: records with techno's machine discipline and house's chords, mostly from Detroit and the Berlin labels that grew out of listening to Detroit.
Expect longer, more patient arrangements than the vocal end of the genre — built for the hours of a night when nobody is watching the clock.
